Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and now calling West Hills, California home, Al Johnson brings the kind of dependable, hardworking energy to his role that only comes from someone who has truly earned it — through service, sacrifice, and years of showing up and delivering. As an Account Executive, Al's days revolve around finding new broker relationships, training brokers, structuring loans, and solving problems that stand between a deal and the closing table. What he values most about the work isn't the transactions — it's the friendships he's built along the way. For Al, the relationships that grow out of doing good business are the real reward. Before mortgage, Al served in the United States Marine Corps — a chapter of his life that forged the discipline, loyalty, and work ethic he brings to everything he does today. He was also a licensed private pilot, which means he has navigated both the skies and the complexities of the lending industry with the same calm, focused precision. He lives by a principle as straightforward and solid as he is: treat others as you'd like to be treated. It guides how he works, how he leads, and how he shows up for the people in his life. Outside of work, Al is passionate about cooking, traveling, and his teams — a die-hard New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Dodgers fan who bleeds black and gold and Dodger blue in equal measure. But above all else, what drives him every single day is providing for his family. That's the engine behind everything. At home, he shares his world with Prince, a Siamese cat who is almost certainly living like royalty.
