Jon Bryan "JB" Allcorn

I'm a West Texas kid at heart, born and raised in Olton, Texas, and proud to call Lubbock home. Life moves at a good pace out here, and I wouldn't have it any other way. In my role as an Account Executive, I work with mortgage brokers and their loan officers to find the best mortgage solutions at the best price — so they can better serve their clients and referral partners. At the end of the day, my philosophy is simple: if my brokers succeed, then I succeed. There's nothing more rewarding than watching the people I work with hit their goals, and I take real pride in being a part of that journey. Outside of work, my roots run deep in the Texas Panhandle. My family operates a cattle ranch in the Panhandle Plains region — so I know a thing or two about hard work, early mornings, and wide open skies. When I'm not working or out on the ranch, you'll find me spending time with my wife Mandi and our two boys, Jackson (7) and Jason (3). They keep life fun, loud, and full of energy. I'm also an avid golfer and a die-hard Texas Tech Red Raiders fan. If you catch me on a Saturday in the fall, there's a good chance I'm cheering on the Red Raiders. Wreck 'em! Around the office, people know me as funny, kind, organized, and someone who genuinely loves being part of a team. I also share my home with two dogs — Kliff, a mutt, and Kurt, a Pit — who are both equally spoiled. I'm the kind of person who leads with kindness, shows up with a smile, and believes that being likeable and helpful goes a long way in this business and in life.
