Originally from Vietnam and now proudly calling Houston, Texas home, Nhi Duong brings a perspective to this industry that is as unique as it is powerful. Coming from a background where finance was traditional and cash-based, Nhi didn't always have exposure to the wealth-building opportunities that mortgage can unlock. Discovering this industry changed everything — and that personal connection to the American Dream is exactly what fuels her passion for the work every single day. As an Account Executive, Nhi is in the business of getting things done. She wins deals, builds lasting relationships with her broker partners, and navigates loans to the finish line with the kind of quiet confidence that comes from genuinely knowing her craft. Outside of work, Nhi plays pickleball to stay active and then goes home to watch real estate shows on Netflix — which means, as she puts it, she never really leaves work. At this point it's less of a job and more of a lifestyle, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
