Born and raised in Orange, California and proudly planting roots in Tustin Ranch, David Lopez brings the same energy to the office that he brings to everything in life — fun, enthusiastic, and all in. As Funding Manager, David oversees the funding process from start to finish, working to ensure every loan closes smoothly and every client experience is a positive one. And for David, that final moment — when a file funds and a borrower's dream becomes reality — never gets old. That feeling is what keeps him passionate about the work and committed to doing it right every single time. Beyond the process, he's equally focused on building genuine relationships along the way, creating friendships he hopes will last well beyond any single transaction. Outside of the office, David is a devoted family man and a sports guy through and through. One of his favorite things in the world is coaching his sons in basketball and flag football — showing up for them the same way he shows up for his team at work. When he's not on the sidelines, you'll find him hanging out with his family and living by his personal motto: YOLO — you only live once. It's a reminder to show up fully, enjoy the ride, and not take a single moment for granted. At home, the Lopez family is rounded out by Cali, their Maltipoo, who has undoubtedly stolen everyone's heart.
